We also consider the market direction and trends. With this detailed look at your property we also discuss things you may want to do prior to listing to make the property more marketable.

Some sellers are able to offer Seller Financing to the buyer. We are experienced in this marketing tactic and urge sellers to consider this option to a qualified buyer. It can substantially increase the proceeds to the seller while attracting a larger number of interested buyers. We are not big on open houses. In most cases we show by appointment only to minimize the traffic and disruption of your life. We prescreen, making sure those viewing are indeed serious and qualified for a purchase.

Once a purchase agreement is signed we follow the process carefully to the close of escrow, making sure contractual deadlines and statutory disclosures are met.
